Send us your contact details and those for sale — location, type of property, name of owner if available. That's all we need to start.

We support the continuation

We contact the owner and manage the entire process — estimate, offer for sale, negotiation. You have nothing else to do.

You are paid

If the sale succeeds, we pay you your commission by bank transfer, after signing the authentic act at the notary.

Your remuneration in detail
5 % HT Commission

Paid after signature of the authentic act. Up to 4,000 € Net Depending on the transaction. Example: on a commission Clovis of 30,000 € HT, you get 1,500 € net.

Remuneration subject to a formal agreement before any linkage. Indicative amount, depending on the commission actually collected.

Simplified taxation

Activity occasional — no social burden to pay.

Report the amount collected as non-commercial income on your 2042 C.

One Note of fees without VAT enough — We will guide you to write it.
